12/3      From the Pioneer Center in Reno, Nevada, we feature a local 17-year-old violinist performing Beethoven, a 16-year-old marimba player from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and the dynamic teenage quartet from Chicago Quartet Bellezza, performing Bartok.  Quartet Bellezza were the Junior Division Gold Medal Winner in the 2017 Fischoff Competition. Formed in the fall of 2016, the group consists of violinists Masha Lakisova and Robert Sanders, violist Peter Dudek, and cellist David Caplan.

12/10    From the Norton Center for the Arts in Danville, Kentucky, this episode was recorded for an audience of school children and features outstanding young talent including a 10-year-old violinist from Kentucky who is sure to impress with her virtuosity.

12/24    From the Top comes to Longview, Texas and features the Quartet Diamant performing music by Ginastera, 12-year-old pianist Antonio “Nio” Ajero performing music by Paderewski, 16-year-old flutist Olivia Elerson and 17-year-old cellist David Caplan.

12/31    We team up with the York Symphony Orchestra in York, Pennsylvania for an outstanding episode featuring works by Bartok, Liszt, Schumann and the orchestral performance of Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture.
